Founded in 2017 by Bishop L. B. Riley — who brings more than 50 years of wisdom — the fellowship now continues under Bishop Paul J. Riley and Lady Sheri Riley. Every church remains fully autonomous, strengthened through mutual support and shared wisdom.

Appointed Presiding Bishop in 1994, Bishop Riley led for three decades with consistency and vision. In 2025, he passed the mantle to Bishop Paul J. Riley and continues to serve as Bishop At Large, remaining present as a covering and voice of wisdom for the fellowship.
In 1965, Bishop A.T. Harrison answered a divine call to establish the Ontario jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ.
